At Roadhammer Gaming, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to our mobile apps, games, and cookbooks.
1. Information We Collect
None of our apps or games collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third parties.
- Time Card App: You can create names and passwords locally on your device. All data stays on your device.
- Trek Track App: You can save vehicle names and mileage readings locally on your device. All data stays on your device.
- Notificall App: This app reads notifications from other apps on your device so it can relay them in real time (including WebAPK style apps). It saves the full notification message text and details locally on your device. No data is ever sent anywhere off of your device .
We do not collect names, email addresses, location, device IDs, or any other personal information.
2. Data Storage
All user-created data is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to our servers or any cloud service.
3. Permissions
Notificall requires notification access to read and relay notifications from other apps. This data is processed and stored only on your device.
4. Our Cookbooks
We sell physical and digital cookbooks. Most are standard cookbooks. Some contain a “Mood Altering Recipes” section.
I will not be held liable under any circumstances for injury, damages or ailments of any kind due to the use or misuse of the adult versions of my cookbooks and/or their contents.
These books are rated ‘M’ (18+) for Mature audiences only.
Reason: The section ‘Mood Altering Recipes’ suggests the use of psychoactive ingredients for recipes that may include Alcohol, Marijuana, and Psilocybin producing mushrooms.
Always check local laws for the legality and age limitations for procuring ingredients and/or serving recipes in the ‘Mood Altering Recipes’ section.
Consuming more than 1 portion of these types of recipes can have unexpected and/or negative results, and consuming any amount of these recipes is likely to have mildly to wildly intoxicating effects.
5. Website Visitors
We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us.
6. Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by PayPal — we never see your full payment details.
7. Your Rights
You can delete all locally stored data directly in the apps at any time. Contact us if you have any questions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date.
